What the role is:
The intern will be attached to the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM).
What you will be working on:
The projects which the intern will be involved in can include the following: - Develop e-learning courseware on a HR topics. - Develop learning interventions and resources such as experiential learning, videos, case studies, toolkits and infographics on various HR topics. - Research on HR trends and best practices in public and private sector companies. - Redesign and maintain tHRive portal (resource portal for HR). - Develop strategies to publicise SHR\'s resources. - Review content of existing LEARN products for relevancy.
What we are looking for:
- High interest in Human Resource. One who believes in developing people and would like to make a difference in HR practices in the public sector. - Keen interest in designing creative learning resources to engage adult learners. - Strong analytical, writing and verbal communication skills. - Some experience in research and events/project management work - Familiar with various digital tools to develop materials such as infographics, EDMs
