What the role is:The role of the intern will be within the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM). The interns would be expected to support us in the following areas: - Design collaterals for events - Design materials (infographics, animation) for research articles and learning interventions - Explore and design comms and engagement materials for outreach to the HR community using different forms of media - Converting resources on LEARN/LEARN DC to DLE-compatible formats to ensure that learning effectiveness is retained and even enhanced in the new DLE. - Update content of e-learnings where necessary - Facilitate coordination work, so that SHR team can focus on delivering the outcomes expected for FY25What you will be working on:Interns' contribution would be key in contributing to SHR's efforts to deliver quality interventions designed with the intent to meet the longer-term objective of increasing the mindshare that SHR has in the minds of the HR community. This would in turn be translated into higher rate of participation and engagement in SHR's interventions.What we are looking for:Undergraduate or Diploma Holder who is preferably specialising in Human Resource, Business Management, Marketing or Digital Media.About Civil Service College:The Civil Service College (CSC) is a statutory board under the Public Service Division, Prime Minister's Office.
