The Market Segments & Services Sr Analyst is a developing professional role.

The IPB Segments Analyst (C11) is a junior level position responsible for the implementation of long and short-term strategic plans and objectives to enhance customer value proposition and grow the qualified client base. Deals with most problems independently. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the sub-function/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses\' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the segment\xe2\x80\x99s key drivers
  • Support to develop and refresh segment customer value proposition
  • Plan and execute customer engagement to drive segment upgrade and net new money
  • Work with product teams on product cross-sell strategy to drive portfolio quality and maximize AUM per customer.
  • Team Control & MCA management
  • Coordinate planning and other related activities for launching of new capabilities and functionalities across technology, operations, implementations, and regional teams
  • Leverage internal and external resources to build relationships to ultimately achieve the plans and programs that support the segment growth.
  • Analyze and keep abreast of new developments in the marketplace that may affect the strategic direction of the Affluent and HNW Clients segment.
  • Work with Product control functions, Legal and Compliance team to ensure that all relevant documentation (eg Product Approval Program) and processes are strictly adhered to and part of the management fabric of the product business
Requirements:
  • University graduate with at least 3 years marketing experience in the banking industry
  • Proactive & flexible, and able to work under pressure
  • Strong analytical, communication & presentation skills
  • Numerical & strong logic
  • Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications, and highly proficient with Excel (functions), Word, PowerPoint
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication as well as demonstrated presentation skills
Education:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
