What the role is:The role of the intern will be attached to the Institute of Public Sector Leadership. The project entails: - Supporting data and evaluations work; and - Supporting the ideation and implementation of ground engagements and/or community-building elements and initiatives in senior leadership programmes (e.g., involves some research and to propose recommendations).What you will be working on:Strengthening data and evaluations, as well as ground engagement and community building are part of CSC's Strategic Outcomes for FY2025 onwards, i.e., in improving Performance-Led L&D as well as Collective Leadership for participants.What we are looking for:- Good critical thinking skills, able to sensemake system issues and diagnose issues from various sources of research and data-points; - Good project management skills; - Work effectively with others in a team; and - Have a good understanding of how to use data, and skills in generating and analysing both qualitative and quantitative data - Understanding or experience in programme evaluation / learning transfer /L&D is a bonus.About Civil Service College:The Civil Service College (CSC) is a statutory board under the Public Service Division, Prime Minister's Office.
