Imperium Commodity Search is working alongside an expanding Commodity trading company, trading products within the remit of physical Raw Materials use in the production of Steel. Currently looking for an Iron Ore Analyst to join the team at the Singapore Headquarters.
Looking for an individual with experience within a trading environment covering Iron Ore, with knowledge of coal and steel mills.
Responsibilities:

• Offer front office team market data and analysis of Iron Ore
• Create reports and research pieces to provide market insight with the view of developing business
• Research trends and movements within the market to help front office develop trading prospects
• Manage hedging strategies to hedge physical trades across Iron Ore
• Work on adhoc tasks to support trading team

Experience:

• 2+ years' experience within an Analyst/ Research role at a physical trading house
• Excellent knowledge of Iron Ore market and raw materials use in Steel Mills
• Experienced report and information document writing
• Role will require you to be based in Singapore
• Fluent in English and Mandarin essential (reading/writing/speaking)
