My client is a leading Global Mining Company and is a very renowned brand. They are on the lookout for a SAP Solution Architect.

Position: Agile Release Train (ART) Solution Architect

Objective:
In this role, your main responsibility is to articulate and share a unified technical vision for solutions within an Agile Release Train (ART). Working collaboratively with teams, your tasks include refining system architecture, validating technology assumptions, evaluating implementation options, and establishing a Continuous Delivery Pipeline. This crucial position ensures that the developed system harmonizes seamlessly with its intended purpose.

Responsibilities:
Guiding Agile Release Train:
Collaborate with Product Management and the Release Train Engineer to lead the design and execution of Agile Release Trains, offering expertise on structure, processes, and ceremonies.
Define a strategic architectural runway in conjunction with key stakeholders, aligning the ART strategy and roadmap with organizational goals.

Architectural Planning:
Collaborate with development teams within the ART to design and uphold the overall architecture, focusing on scalability, flexibility, and integration points.
Provide technical leadership to ensure the architecture aligns with and supports Agile principles and practices.

Collaboration Across Functions:
Cultivate collaboration among development teams, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth and effective delivery of business value.
Collaborate closely with cross-teams within and beyond the ART to create a simplified yet interconnected system landscape supporting the commercial growth ambitions of the firm.

Continuous Improvement:
Introduce and advocate for continuous improvement initiatives within the Agile Release Train, pinpointing areas for optimization and efficiency.
Propel the adoption of Agile best practices, ensuring teams are consistently learning and evolving.

Risk Management:
Identify and proactively address risks related to the Agile Release Train, offering solutions to potential challenges.
Work closely with teams to resolve impediments and facilitate timely issue resolution.

Technical Leadership:
Offer technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring compliance with architectural standards and best practices.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and Agile methodologies to inform and enhance the organization\'s practices.
Provide direction to development teams on designing systems\' integration and cross-sharing of data within and beyond China\'s borders.

Knowledge and Experience:
Demonstrated experience as a Solution Architect embracing Agile methodologies.
In-depth familiarity with Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and practical experience in large-scale organizations.
A solid grasp of software architecture, development methodologies, and DevOps practices.
Proficiency in China Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL).
Experience with Salesforce architectural design is advantageous.
