Working hours:
8am to 5pm (Mon to Fri)
8am to 12pm (Sat)
Location: Bedok, Eunos, Pasir RIs, Tampines, Bukit Merah, Marine Parade
Job description:
- Assist and guide patients on how to use the self-service kiosk
- Counter duties - Patient registration / Schedule appointment
- HealthierSG duties
oAttend to HSG queries, including use of relevant apps, e.g. SingPass, Health Hub, Healthy 365, Health Buddy
oProvide Assisted Enrolment service to eligible patients
oKeep track of enrolment numbers
oMaintain booth / counter and logistics, e.g. promotional materials
- Assist with crowd control
- Any other ad-hoc admin or customer service duties as assigned
- Min. N/O/A Levels/Dip. in any field
- No prior experience required as training is provided
