Deeply understand telco customers' business and technical requirements, handling customer technical related issues.
Identify telco customer requirements and coordinate with Account Manager/Product Manager to provide customers proper products.
Take charge of product test, after-sales troubleshooting.
Complete other tasks issued by the company.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree qualification or above majoring in Telecommunication, IT, Computer Science, Engineering.
At least 7 years work experiences on
telco or technical domain, deep knowledge of telecom operator technical and service structure,
etc.
Capability to communicate with and influence customers: including technical alignment, communication, clarification, and negotiation with customers.
Better have experience in attending
Singtel/StarHub projects
