IT Support & Operations
Provide technical support for staff onboarding, offboarding, and daily IT needs.
Manage hardware inventory (laptops, network devices, and peripherals).
Oversee IT vendors and service providers for maintenance and procurement.
Ensure smooth offi ce connectivity, Wi-Fi, and endpoint security.
Software & Platform Administration
Maintain and administer company platforms such as Slack, Google Workspace, Asana, HubSpot, Freshdesk, OmniHR, Atlassian, Microsoft 365, KnowBe4, and Vanta.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and license renewals.
Work with various teams to streamline workfl ows and improve user experience
Compliance & Security
Assist with cybersecurity posture improvements and evidence gathering for ISO 27001 and related audits.
Monitor IT security best practices such as password policies, MFA, and access reviews.
Support documentation for IT policies and compliance reporting.
Great to have
A Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related fi eld (part-time students welcome).
1-2 years of hands-on IT support or system administration experience.
Familiarity with common SaaS tools and cloud platforms.
A good understanding of networking, user access management, and endpoint security.
Strong troubleshooting skills, with a curious and can-do attitude.
