Job Description

Salary up to $2800
Mondays - Thursdays: 8.30am to 6.00pm
Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Location: Central
Hybrid Mode, 2 days WFH Based on office arrangement

Can accept 1 year Contract (Extendable)

Job Scopes:
1. Support the product development, test product features(UATS) and work closely with development teams
2. Coordinate usability testings/ focus group or surveys
3. Keep track and update data promptly and accurately on specified files.
4. Enhance customer care by updating the FAQs for call centre and troubleshooting common issues

Requirements:
1. Diploma in IT
2. With Project management experience will be add advantageous
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Document, Powerpoint, OneNote, Teams)
