Job Description

We are looking to hire IT Administration where you will design, implement, and optimize IT systems for our diverse clients. We seek passionate individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment.

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri
• Working Location: Central, Singapore
• Salary Package: Up to $6500 (basic) + AWS + VB
• Other perks & benefits: Up to 16 days of AL, medical insurance coverage, on the job training and etc

Responsibilities:

• Design & Implementation: Understand client IT needs, design tailored solutions and integrate system components to create functional systems, meeting project goals and timelines.
• Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly, conduct root cause analysis, and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Continuous Improvement: perform routine maintenance, updates, and patching, perform automation, and propose system/network configuration change
• Security & Compliance: Implement security measures to protect data, manage access control and conduct security assessments.
• User Training: Conduct training sessions for clients, and users
• Remote Monitoring & Optimization: Optimize system performance and recommend improvements.
• Documentation: Update system documentation regularly

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in IT, Computer Engineering/Science, or related field.
• Experience as a System Engineer or similar role.
• Prefer candidates with certifications like AWS Cloud, CCNA, VCP, ITIL Foundation.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
