POSITION SUMMARY

• Support the IT Group Manager to manage the IT infrastructure within company to ensure that the IT system supports the business operation of the company effectively.
• Provide support as a Shared Service to Group of company in APAC and India.
• Planning and execution of IT policies/measures based on instruction from company\xe2\x80\x99s HQ.
  

JOB RESPONBILITIES

• Setting up, configuration and maintain of network equipment, and server.
• Implementation of new IT systems.
• Setting up PCs, mobile phones and necessary applications.
• Provide IT support and troubleshooting for IT related matters.
• Handle information security control and facilitate internal audit.
• Information Security Control Training
• Inventory control of IT related equipment, user account and software licence.
• Provide support to the Group of Companies in APAC and India on implementation of IT infrastructure.
• Provide service based on the agreement with each company.
• Cascade company ICT Solution Headquarters\xe2\x80\x99 instructions on governance, information security, etc. to the Regional Group of Companies under the regional IT manager.
• Act as 1st contact window for any IT issues from APAC and India companies
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x98s Degree in IT, Computer Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience for IT infrastructure or IT support
• Experience of administration of Windows 10 and Windows server 2012 or later; active directory and network equipment such as hub and router.
• International travel required
