Job Description
- To provide IT, network and server support for our internal staff.
- Support Incident Tickets by addressing failures & requests
- Provide Level 1 IT support for internal staff
- Provide Level 1 network and server support
- Troubleshoot and support desktops hardware, software applications
- Planning and undertaking scheduled server and equipment maintenance
- Documentation of services, reports, errors & solutions
- Administration of all IT equipment
- Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.
- ITE/ Diploma/ Degree in IT or relevant course
- Welcome entry level
- Knowledge in server operation
- Knowledge in ITSM / ITIL
- Good coordinating and communications skills
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Able to work independently and are self-motivated
- 5 days work at Eunos / Paya Lebar area
- Salary $2800 - $3600
