Job Description

- Perform daily duty on system monitoring
- Perform incident management and escalate incidents to level 2 maintenance team
- Perform weekly EndPoint protection updates
- Perform end user administration of windows AD, RSA and 2FA token
- Perform Certificate renewal and administration for serves and end users
- Perform adhoc administration task on firewall and endpoint protection
- Monitoring and check on server\'s health status
- Manage and Coordinate between customers and third-party vendors for fault resolution where necessary
- Provide operation support, maintenance and administration
Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Science /Information Technology or equivalent
- Has basic knowledge in Windows Active Directory services and WSUS
- Has basic knowledge in Windows Certificate Authority services
- Has basic knowledge on Switches and Routers
- 12 hours rotating shifts (9am to 9pm or 9pm to 9am)
- Work location: Novena , 2 years contract
