& Requirements \xc2\xb7 To enhance, administer and support and manage the IT infrastructure and ensure high availability of network and infrastructure systems. \xc2\xb7 To provide support for IT Services, inclusive of End User Computing, backend system, network and security Infrastructure technologies, applications and IT/OT systems \xc2\xb7 To document operational flow and procedures \xc2\xb7 To develop operation manuals, procedures and processes to enhance the operational workflow \xc2\xb7 Work with stakeholders on current and future information needs and determine how information systems should be installed, configured, and maintained. \xc2\xb7 Provide leadership in IT project management including defining program, project scope and objectives along with project estimates, detailed work schedules, and resource plans. \xc2\xb7 To lead user requirement analysis for the development / enhancement of the IT Services and coordinate various stakeholders\' participation through requirement specifications, system testing and end user training. \xc2\xb7 To prepare monthly reporting \xc2\xb7 To be responsible for all technology hardware and software \xc2\xb7 Manage day-to-day vendor partnerships for any outsourced infrastructure or processes which includes managing service level agreements, deliverables, maintaining a thorough understanding of cost issues to ensure maximum vendor performance and value.
