Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Management: Oversee installation, configuration, and testing of PC/server hardware, software, and LAN/WAN networks.
• Security & Network: Set up and manage network essentials (firewalls, switches). Implement robust security measures, including VPN, access controls, and regular security audits.
• System Operations: Manage Linux, Windows, and macOS environments. Handle system health monitoring, data backups, and disaster recovery.
• Modern Tech: Provide expertise in VMware virtualization and utilize automation tools like Docker and Python scripting to enhance system efficiency.
• Support & Documentation: Manage the IT ticketing system and ensure all IT documentation is up-to-date.

Required Expertise

• Strong experience in **Multi-OS Systems Administration** (Linux, Windows, macOS).
• Mandatory proficiency in VMware and core Network Security concepts.
• Advantageous skills: Docker and Python scripting.
