Job Description
Technical Support & SolutionsNeolytix works with private healthcare practices nationwide and provides end to end business and technology services to our clients. We are looking for a versatile individual to join our team and help us in our growth journey.
- Provide T1 Tech support and application specific support on complex issues
- Maintains user setup, access and policies for Enterprise security using M365
- Documents and maintains a security policy for desktops and mobile devices
- Research and implement 3rd party automation for user provisioning and maintenance and general improvement of user experience in the company
- Familiar with setting up and running automations using tools like Power automate
- Works with other internal teams to research 3rd party apps feasibility for deployment in the organization
- Monitor and manage performance of key systems
- Establish SOP's and Guides for self service help for internal stakeholders
- Manage new app related implementations - Planning, provisioning, training, roll out
- Establish Company security policies and drive compliance
- Driving automation and efficiency using AI or other automations
- Source and manage vendor relationships for the enterprise
