Performs equipment troubleshooting
Basic PABX configuration and troubleshooting
Performs support service to departments
To conduct regular PMC checking of BIT software tools to maintain Operational status
Understanding of Firewall, WAN Booster and WIFI
Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Graduates of BS Computer Science, BS Information Technology, and other Computer Related Courses
Have basic understanding of ISO and Information Security Management System (ISMS) standards
Knowledgeable in Network Administration (Cisco) and Windows Server Administration
