Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate IT projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
? Application Support & System Maintenance
Provide technical support and ongoing maintenance for enterprise applications including:
Database systems (SQL-based environments)
UiPath (or similar RPA tools)
Microsoft SharePoint
Microsoft Teams
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
Ensure system integrity, performance optimization, and compliance with internal controls.
? Documentation & Process Governance
Develop, review, and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for IT systems and application support processes.
Ensure documentation aligns with best practices, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
Conduct user training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance system adoption and operational efficiency.
? Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with external vendors for system enhancements, issue resolution, and service performance.
Support audit activities and ensure proper documentation and system compliance.
