Job Description

Application Support

- Provide Level 1 support for SAP S/4HANA modules and the CPQ application, handling user inquiries, issues, and incident resolution.

Issue Management

- Troubleshoot, monitor, and resolve incidents, escalating to higher-level support teams when necessary.

Change Requests

- Collaborate with process owners and business users to gather and document enhancement or change requirements.

Testing & Validation

- Develop and execute UAT test scenarios with business users; verify fixes, enhancements, and system updates prior to production release.

Process Improvement

- Analyse recurring issues, identify root causes, and propose improvements or automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.

Documentation

- Maintain detailed records of recurring issues, create and update knowledge base articles, and assist in conducting user training sessions.

Communication

- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors for timely issue resolution.

Compliance & Standards

- Ensure all SAP-related activities adhere to IT governance, security policies, and change management procedures.
