Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and support applications and manage disruption to business unit operations
- Support and resolve reported system issues, escalate software bug to vendor for applications that are under maintenance agreement
- Provide first level operation support for Dynamic 365 system, landlord interface, principal interface, D365/POS/ CRM integration and CRM system
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Possess Microsoft Dynamic 365 and Office 365 experience
- Possess knowledge in POS and the integration to Dynamic 365 backend system
