Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day troubleshooting of user PCs, and applications.
• Provide support to HQ and outlets on troubleshooting, software installation, and setup.
• Assist in handling software purchases, licenses, IT inventory, service contracts, installation, and maintenance.
• Deliver a robust IT system that supports the company\'s needs.
• Participate in UAT/training for end users.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, or its equivalent.
• Knowledge and experience in MS Office 365(Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Teams, Outlook, OneDrive &System patching
• Knowledge of Domain, SharePoint, Cloud, computer networks, Cabling installation and support, CCTV
• Ability to create and document processes.
• Optional - ERP, Point of Sale systems.
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills and an adaptable mindset.
• Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally and effectively in a team.
• Experience in the F&B/Retail industry will be an advantage.
• Follow driver to travel to different outlet across Singapore (Eg: Admiralty, Little India, Tuas, Choa Chu Kang and etc) to perform service.
