About the role

We are seeking a proactive, hands-on and solutions-driven IT Assistant Manager to support and strengthen ICT operations and drive The Lodge's digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

ICT Operations & Infrastructure

Support or oversee ICT operations including infrastructure, applications, networks, cybersecurity, end-user support and vendor coordination. Ensure high system availability, performance, resilience and proper asset/lifecycle management. Supportand strengthen cybersecurity measures, PDPA compliance, disaster recovery and business continuity readiness.

Digitalisation & Projects

Drive and support the implementation of the Lodge's Digitalisation Strategic Plan (DSP). Assist in managing ICT and digitalisation projects, including requirements gathering, vendor management, testing and rollout. Review and streamline workflows, processes and data structures to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Data & Reporting

Provide timely ICT performance reports, usage trends and data-driven insights to support management decisions.

Governance & Grants

Support ICT governance documentation, audit requirements and compliance standards. Assist with identifying and applying for relevant technology grants.

Team & Vendor Collaboration

Guide junior ICT staff and coordinate with vendors to uphold service standards and ensure effective knowledge transfer.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of ICT experience, including experience in infrastructure, applications or cybersecurity and readiness to take on broader responsibilities. Hands-on, resourceful and able to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and independently. Strong communication, analytical thinking and stakeholder management skills. Good understanding of PDPA, cybersecurity practices and ICT governance. Experience in IT projects or digitalization initiatives is an advantage

Pay: $4,800.00 - $6,500.00 per month
