Identify and resolve basic network issues to ensure system availability and connectivity.
To maintain and update inventory for all IT equipment and software purchased under various projects and HQ.
To provide day-to-day IT technical support to all project sites and HQ.
Liaise with Internet Service Providers and other IT service providers for support and issue resolutions.
Prepare, set up and configure IT equipment for new staff.
Administer user email accounts and manage software licensing allocation.
Any other duties that assigned by a superior.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Diploma or equivalent.
Must have at least 2 years' experience in IT related field.
Experience with Nas/network camera set-up, configuration and troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware installation and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of IT security best practices for end-users
Strong organization and documentation skills.
