: IT Audit Manager (Crypto / Fintech)

: SGD 9,000 - SGD 12,000

We are seeking an experienced IT Audit Manager to lead and manage IT audit projects across systems, infrastructure, applications, data management, and cybersecurity controls supporting fintech and crypto trading environments.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage IT audit projects including ITGCs, SDLC, change management, access management, and backup processes. Develop and execute IT audit plans and strategies. Conduct blockchain/crypto-specific audits: wallet management, on-chain transaction reconciliation, matching engine and price oracle reviews. Support audits on revenue and cost systems: validate transaction flows, revenue recognition, fee computation, system integration, and reconciliation. Prepare and present audit reports and follow up on audit issues. Ensure audits comply with relevant standards, MAS regulations, and industry best practices. Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends. Provide recommendations for mitigating IT-related risks.

Qualifications

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Professional certifications (CISA, CISM, CISSP, CIA, CRISC) are highly valued. Minimum 5 years of IT audit or IT risk experience, with exposure to fintech/crypto preferred. Hands-on experience across cloud, ERP, data analytics, and cybersecurity. Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and project leadership skills.
