Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Audit Manager with a strong technical background in infrastructure to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in infrastructure architecture, network technologies, server and systems administration, as well as a background in cloud services. In addition to technical proficiency, the candidate should have experience in handling infrastructure security and network security incidents. The role will focus on evaluating the security and compliance of our IT infrastructure and ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Audit: Conduct comprehensive audits of the organization\'s IT infrastructure, including on-premises and cloud-based systems, networks, servers, and related technologies. Analyze the architecture and configurations for potential security risks, vulnerabilities, and compliance gaps.
• Risk Assessment: Identify, assess, and prioritize potential risks related to the IT infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and solutions.
• Security Incident Response: Lead and participate in investigations of security incidents, data breaches, and network intrusions related to the infrastructure. Work with incident response teams to contain, mitigate, and recover from security events.
• Compliance and Regulation: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and internal policies governing IT infrastructure security. Stay up-to-date with evolving compliance requirements and assist in adapting policies and procedures accordingly.
• Audit Planning and Execution: Develop and execute IT infrastructure audit plans. This includes defining audit objectives, scoping, and preparing detailed audit programs. Conduct audits in accordance with established standards and best practices.
• Audit Reporting: Prepare clear, concise, and well-structured audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and action plans. Present audit results to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT infrastructure controls and processes. Collaborate with IT teams to implement process improvements and monitor their effectiveness.
• Team Leadership: Manage a team of IT auditors and coordinate their activities to ensure timely completion of audits and adherence to departmental objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, or other industry-recognized credentials are preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with a focus on architecture, network technologies, server and systems administration, and cloud services.
• Proven experience in handling infrastructure security and network security incidents.
• Strong understanding of IT audit principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Familiarity with industry frameworks and standards, such as NIST, ISO, or CIS benchmarks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex technical environments and identify potential risks and weaknesses.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership experience and ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
• Proactive and self-driven attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
