Job Description

Our client, a premier global organization with a strong presence across multiple industries, is looking for an IT Audit Manager to join their team in Singapore. As an IT Audit Manager, you will lead a talented team of IT audit professionals and play a critical role in evaluating the organization\'s information systems, identifying potential risks, and implementing robust controls to safeguard the organization\'s digital assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT audit function by developing and executing comprehensive audit plans, evaluating technology controls, and assessing risks across the organization\'s IT landscape.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes, information flows, and technology systems in order to identify areas of vulnerability and recommend effective control measures.
• Conduct in-depth audits of IT processes, infrastructure, and security practices to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Analyze and interpret audit findings, providing meaningful insights and actionable recommendations to senior management for process improvement and risk mitigation.
• Stay abreast of evolving cybersecurity threats, regulatory requirements, and industry trends to proactively adapt audit strategies and maintain the organization\'s resilience against emerging risks.
• Oversee and mentor a team of IT audit professionals, fostering their growth and development, and ensuring the execution of high-quality audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (CISA, CISSP, CISM, etc.) preferred.
• Proven experience (at least 7 years) in IT audit, risk management, or related roles, with a track record of leading successful audit engagements.
• Strong understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in assessing technology risks related to infrastructure, application security, data privacy, and cloud environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Prior experience in team management and leadership roles is highly desirable.
• Sound knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX) and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001) is a plus.
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
