The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both technical IT solutions and business applications, with a focus on enhancing efficiency, effectiveness, and overall business performance through technology solutions.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Evaluate, select, and implement IT systems and applications that align with business goals and objectives.Configure, customize, and maintain business applications to meet the specific needs of various departments and teams.Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for business applications, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.Develop and maintain documentation, including system requirements, user guides, and training materials.Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in IT/business applications, recommending innovative solutions to enhance business processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to drive projects to successful completion.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards in all IT/business applications implementations.StudiesYour profileAdditional Skills and ExperienceExperience in setting up an automated enrolment process for application users.Proficiency in configuring access management over Single Sign-On (SSO).Experienced in APIs (e.g., Rest and GraphQL) for integration purposes.Experience in developing data exchange solutions with Powerflow.Experience in developing Powerapps for supporting apps like user portals.Demonstrated interest in learning how to administer new tools.Experienced in migrating on-prem hosted applications to Azure Cloud.Required QualificationsBachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT/business applications roles, with a focus on system implementation and support.Proficiency in configuring and customizing business applications such as ERP systems, CRM systems, and collaboration tools.Strong technical skills, including experience with database management, SQL queries, and integration techniques.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP (Project Management Professional), Salesforce Administrator) are a plus.
