• As local ERP team member to provide tailor made solution to cater for the rapid changing demand from business.
• Provide end to end daily supporting, mainly focus on Oracle EBS order management, supply chain & Finance module and surrounding systems like Master Control, PDM & warehouse scanner etc.
• Co-work with global IT, other local IT teams and stakeholders in BU to roll out global projects into Singapore.
• Independently to finish gap analysis, proposal for any new request. Manage the following progress and delivery quality, conducting UAT, end user training, etc.
• Review and optimize business process, synergize the best practice across the Business Units
• Improve local user\xe2\x80\x99s Oracle EBS knowledge by delivery regular specific training in accordance with BU\xe2\x80\x99S business feature.
• Standardize local user\xe2\x80\x99s operation in Oracle EBS with SOP documentation.
• This role will grow into an IT site lead role in future as the SUD Singapore business continues to grow over the coming years

Qualification

• Individuals with bachelor\'s degree in computer science
• Solid knowledge in finance/accounting area is preferred
• PMP certification is a plus
