Description

As a IT Business Analyst (Platforms), you will be responsible for:

Market Research & Analysis:

• Track, evaluate, and analyze market trends and customer insights.
• Identify and leverage emerging trends to drive the development of new platform solutions.

Platform Strategy & Data Governance:

• Drive convergence and synergies across multiple platforms.
• Unlock new value and growth opportunities by coordinating with stakeholders.
• Design data flows and schemas to facilitate data sharing across platforms.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies.

Project Management:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and scale data platform products.
• Contribute to product design and evaluate potential partnerships.

Events & Relationship Management:

• Support strategic engagements with industry stakeholders at local, industry, and global forums.
• Cultivate relationships with key customers, partners, vendors, and government agencies.

Profile

• Bachelor\'s degree in IT or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain systems or similar complex environments.
• Basic understanding of functional interactions in shipping, terminals, and logistics.
• Ability to abstract complex problems and formulate solutions quickly.
• Experience in building customer relationships.
• Track record of driving change programs involving government agencies, logistics service providers, and 3rd party platforms.
• Knowledge of IT systems/platform products is advantageous.
• Familiarity with process mapping and packaging innovative digital solutions that deliver clear value to customers.
