We are seeking a skilled Product Owner/Business Analyst to advance digital transformation projects for Singaporean government agencies!

Responsibilities:

• Elicit and manage the stakeholder\'s business requirements and translate them into detailed requirements documents, including user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs while considering system limitations and technical constraints.
• Conduct scrum ceremonies and lead the scrum team.
• Work closely with UX designers to plan and organize research activities such as product conceptualization workshops and Usability Testing.
• Work with Quality Engineer and business users to plan for UAT, coordinate and monitor progress and acceptance of UAT, and manage defects as needed.
• Organize the product backlog by extensively gathering and analyzing information with stakeholders and participating in crafting Functional/Design specifications.
• Understand the IT management, quality management policy and security guidelines to ensure the development processes and system are designed to comply with these policies.
• Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

• Singaporean only.
• Bachelor\'s degree in information technology, or related fields.
• Prior experience of at least 4 years in IT business analysis/developer, designing application solutions, and testing, or related.
• Experience in AWS cloud (AWS-related certification will be an added advantage).
• Experience in programming (Java, Python, VB.NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Selenium, etc.) is advantageous.
• Experience with low code platform, data analytics, cloud, design thinking and service design will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience in full SDLC / PDLC using Agile methodologies (Related certification will be an added advantage).
• Prior experience in government/public facing projects is advantageous.
