Purpose of this role:

This position requires a Business Analyst with good knowledge of Manufacturing process and solutions and other related business applications for IT system solution delivery to support company operations and business strategies.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:

Be the IT expertise for Manufacturing and Supply Chain Distribution based solutions with systems integration for ERP, business analytics and tools for smooth implementation and system support

Partners with business functional owners, business analysts and third party vendors to bring effective solutions to business

Understands and translates business requirements to sustainable technical solutions

Strong practice of good project system life cycle and change management process

Maintains discipline in good documentation and application configurations, design and technical operating procedures

Ensures on time and quality solution delivery that comply to industry best practice and company policies

Evaluate and recommend alternatives when solution is not feasible or optimal

Escalation of issues & risks during project delivery and provide status updates

Work in a global environment to deploy global application projects to regions

Provide training and guidance on system usage to key business users

Resourceful and hands on to resolve issues

Eager and curious to explore new digitization technology for IT and business process automation

Ensure compliance of operations within area of concern with all relevant EHS regulatory requirement and SCIEX safety policies, procedures and guidelines

Other duties/ ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals

At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform in a manufacturing environment

Good knowledge with hands on support in ERP, MES tools and other related business application solutions

Experienced in full project life cycle from gathering requirements, develop, deliver, and post go live support
