Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead and deliver business consulting projects across multiple industries Manage project planning, execution, and reporting Define business processes and rules based on best practices Design organizational structures and business processes Drive cost management and reduction initiatives Implement automation using appropriate tools Create and present strategic proposals to senior clients Produce structured and insightful management reports Supervise and motivate team members throughout project lifecycles Build and maintain strong client relationships Identify opportunities to expand project scope and support proposal development
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field. Minimum 5 years of experience in a consulting firm. Proven track record in leading business consulting projects. Experience in one or more industries such as healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, or retail will be an added advantage. * Deep knowledge in business areas such as AI transformation, CX, supply chain, green transformation, or M&A.
