Job Description

We are looking for a driven and analytical

Business Consultant

to help improve and optimize the customer experience across our online gaming and ecommerce platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of business processes, project management, and customer engagement. Experience or qualifications in fields like hospitality and tourism management will be a valuable asset, offering insights into customer-centric strategies that can elevate our user experience.


Key Responsibilities:



Customer Experience Strategy:

Develop and implement strategies to improve the user journey across digital platforms, focusing on personalization, user satisfaction, and retention.

Project Management:

Manage customer experience and business improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet key business objectives.

Data-Driven Insights:

Analyze customer feedback, user behavior, and operational data to identify opportunities for enhancing customer experience, streamline processes, and drive performance improvements.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

Work closely with teams across the organization (product, marketing, tech) to ensure business strategies and customer experience initiatives are aligned and executed effectively.

Stakeholder Communication:

Act as a liaison between technical and business teams, ensuring that customer requirements and business needs are communicated clearly and addressed promptly.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify and implement process improvements to optimize business performance and the customer experience, using data and industry best practices.

Business Consultation:

Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management on ways to improve customer engagement, operational efficiency, and overall business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or a related field. Proven experience in business consulting, customer service, or project management, ideally within the tech, ecommerce, or customer-focused sectors. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable business insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive results across teams. Detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is required as this position requires a strong collaboration with our team of Chinese developers

Desired Skills (Beneficial but Not Required):



Experience or qualifications in hospitality, tourism management, or a related field. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, project management tools, or business analytics platforms. Knowledge of the gaming, ecommerce, or digital entertainment industries. * Basic understanding of UX/UI principles or technical concepts (e.g., HTML/CSS) is a plus.
