\xef\xbb\xbf- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT sector. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
\xef\xbb\xbf- Leverage knowledge and experience in IT project management to understand client needs and propose effective IT solutions. Ensure alignment between client requirements and project delivery.
\xef\xbb\xbf- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Act as a trusted advisor to understand their IT project needs and provide tailored solutions.
\xef\xbb\xbf- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform business development strategies.
\xef\xbb\xbf- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients. Demonstrate the value of our IT solutions and address client requirements effectively.
\xef\xbb\xbf- Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and successful deal closure. Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract signing.
\xef\xbb\xbf- Work closely with internal teams, including IT, project management, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
\xef\xbb\xbf- Monitor and analyze business development metrics and performance. Provide regular reports to senior management on progress, opportunities, and challenges.
\xef\xbb\xbf- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build relationships and promote our IT services.Job Requirements:

• Experienced in Document Management, Records Management, Data Protection, Cybersecurity (Preferably)
• 10+ years experience in the SE Asia market
• Able to create and execute business development plan
• Strong sales skills and work on a contract, part-time way
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Able to accept a package that is heavily commissioned-based
