Role Purpose

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Engagement & Technology Advisory

Act as the

trusted IT partner

to business leaders--translate operational needs into effective technology strategies. Shape and drive a

technology roadmap

covering infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, and ERP enhancements. Manage IT budgets, cost allocation, and investment planning for the business unit.

End-to-End Delivery Management

Oversee the

full portfolio

of IT initiatives--from solution design to implementation and service transition. Lead a small technical team and work closely with

central IT

, solution architects, and external vendors. Take ownership of mission-critical projects when required to keep delivery on track.

Operations & Service Excellence

Ensure

reliable and high-performing IT services

, proactively resolving business-impacting issues. Manage SLAs and continuously improve service outcomes with delivery teams and managed service providers. Maintain strong communication with users and keep stakeholders updated on IT plans and performance.

Governance, Security & Risk Management

Uphold group IT standards across systems, infrastructure, and security practices. Advise users to ensure compliance with regulatory and cybersecurity requirements. Support audit readiness and implement controls across all operating sites.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines Minimum

10 years in IT

, including

3 years in a client-facing leadership role

Proven track record in

both infrastructure and application delivery

Strong vendor and stakeholder management capability Experience running medium to large-scale IT programs Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred
