• Our client is a Singapore-based technology company specializing in AI-powered mobile applications and digital consumer software.
• Provides cutting-edge solutions such as AI-driven voice technology, mobile app platforms, digital content tools, and data-centric software used by global consumers.
• One of the pioneers and leaders in their specialized industry. Recently was awarded for advancing global product innovation and recognized for delivering secure, compliant, and high-performance digital products worldwide.
• Established over 10 years ago with about 150-200 team members globally. Offices across China, Japan, Malaysia, and HQ in Singapore.

• After a very successful 2025, looking for a new IT Compliance Manager to join their team in Singapore.
• Reports directly to the Senior Legal Counsel in Singapore.
• Lead the global data privacy program for all products outside China, ensuring compliance with GDPR, PDPA, CCPA, and other international regulations
• Conduct privacy assessments, audits, contract reviews, and translate findings into actionable improvements for product and engineering teams
• Oversee cybersecurity governance by guiding adoption of frameworks (ISO 27001/27701) and coordinating audits with stakeholders
• Serve as the key bridge between domestic operations teams and Singapore leadership, ensuring alignment on compliance, security, and governance standards

Key Candidate Criteria

• Must have at least 5 years of experience in IT compliance, information security, data privacy, or related fields
• Experience supporting product teams in real-world scenarios, ideally within mobile app or global software environments
• Familiar with global privacy regulations and cybersecurity practices; exposure to AI governance is an advantage
• Strong understanding of audits, certifications, and regulatory requirements (ISO certifications preferred)
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
