This role will support the implementation of the SAP HR system. The successful candidate will be offered a 1-year contract, followed by an option of a 1-year renewal. Key Responsibilities

• Build effective working relationship with the business; understand HR business processes
• Design, build and configure applications to meet business processes and application requirements
• Conduct requirement analysis and document functional requirements
• Evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations
• Partnering with other functional and technical team members to implement quality solutions as well as identify and resolve issues
• Plan, coordinate, conduct and document end to end unit testing and System Integration Test
• Support users in User Acceptance Test
• Participate in project implementation activities where required

• Degree from a good University
• At least 5 years of SAP ECC 6.0 HR implementation and support experience \xe2\x80\x93 primarily Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, Performance Management, Training Event Management and Payroll
• Strong expertise in SAP configuration and knowledgeable in business processes (industry best practices).
• Experience with ABAP and Workflow
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation(RPA) technologies, preferably UiPath
• Experience in SuccessFactor is an advantage
• Excellent oral, written communication & interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently as well as an excellent team player
