  • Number of new staff: 1 staff
  • Term: Full time Permanent
- Working hours: 8:45 - 17:15 / Monday to Friday

【Expected Job Overall】

  • Perform IT consultant activity as global MNC (Multinational Corporation)’s IT team to improve IT governance control and contribute business enhancement for group subsidiary companies in Asia Pacific region.
  • Work closely with Business Units of global MNC to improve and enhance their business with IT technology and solution.
  • It is necessary to visit group subsidiary companies for consultant work. Number of average business trip in Asia Pacific region is twice per month. Overtime average is 30h – 40h per month

【Expected Systems involved】

1. ERP (eg. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle JDE) 2. Server, Storage and Network (eg. Virtual Server, Router, Switch, Firewall, WiFi) 3. Microsoft Application/Cloud service (O365, Azure, Windows, SQL, Virtualization)

【Expected Job Scope】


  • Analyze company’s pain points by visualizing their business process and IT system environment
  • Propose improvement design of system, operation or business process based on your analysis
  • Perform Design Thinking session to create To-be business plan with IT
  • Promote utilizing Digital Transformation to contribute their business enhancement and improvement
  • Create company’s IT strategy and roadmap
  • Diagnose IT system problems, inefficiencies, and weaknesses by IT security assessment
  • Provide advice on technology best practices
  • Support to launch company’s new IT project, such as budget planning, solutions, and vendors evaluation, creating RFP
  • Monitor and review the progress of IT project
  • Assist communication between Management and IT PIC in companies to support their mutual understanding. Be the communication hub for reporting project status and issues to Management by high-level explanation with non-technical language. (in most cases, management is Japanese seconded from parent company)
  • Perform IT due diligence and PMI.
  • Conduct Seminar and Workshop, such as Cyber Security, utilizing O365, etc
  • Perform IT Project Manager and IT Delivery Service Manager if required

【Necessary IT Skill and Experience】

1. Three to five years of experience of project management or consulting related to ERP system or Infra system. 2. Basic IT knowledge, such as ERP, Server, Network, Database, Cloud tools (O365, etc). 3. Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures (e.g. PowerPoint, flow chart, spread sheet and graphs) 4. Ability to clarify current business operation and user requirement (creating a business operation flowchart to define user requirement) 5. Experience of creating presentation document, and make a presentation to stake holder or client 6. Experience of creating WBS and timeline management 7. Experience of conducting seminar or workshop 8. Experience of Vendor management

【Necessary business skill】

1. Facilitation skill for discussion 2. Able to explain technical concepts in a non-technical language 3. Good interpersonal and customer service skills 4. Ability to learn new skills, Proactive Information gathering/dispatching about new IT technology and solution 5. Stake holder communication (including senior management) & team communication 6. Good English communication skills (speak, read, and write) 7. Having experience to work in Japanese company is highly welcomed. 8. Deliver documents to customers and reporting (system landscape, system design, business process, flowchart, WBS, etc.) 9. Multi task management in an enterprise business 10. Time management, punctuality

【Benefits】

  • Annual Leave: 14 days/year(inclement 1 day each year, maximum 20 days)
