Position Purpose

- Desktop support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day to day Desktop IT support
• Ensuring customer satisfaction, (Client Focus) Problems solving and preventive measure (Problem management) Manage on- going projects, OS upgrade, application upgrade, relocation in a timely manner (Project management)

• Active directory

Value added, with the basic knowledge for the following

Specific Qualifications Required:

• Tertiary qualification in IT
• 2-3 desktop engineering experience
