Job Description
StriveX is partnering with a Regional Bank who is seeking an IT Developer who is crucial in collaborating with business users, supporting various departments within the bank, ensuring the smooth operation of their IT systems and applications.
Role and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a diverse range of business users, understand their needs and processes, and produce clear requirement specifications
- Manage the entire solution lifecycle, from coding/development of solutions to unit testing, supporting users in UAT, validating results, and implementing solutions in production
- Liaise with Head Office and/or vendors on projects and issues as needed
- Provide application support to users and ensure timely resolution of system issues
- Perform system enhancements, code changes, and ensure timely implementation
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s qualification in related IT discipline
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Analysis or IT Developer role, preferably in the financial services or banking sector.
- Candidates with vendor secondment to Banking clients could be considered
- Prior coding experience.
- Technical knowledge in areas such as .Net Development (including ASP.NET, SharePoint development), Python, Microsoft BI solutions (e.g., VBA, Power BI, SQL Server)
