Main tasks

• Responsible for overseeing the 24x7x365 SOC digital service(s) across Europe
• SOC Digital Services is a call center for physical security services and the director is responsible for technology for alarm monitoring, remote video services, guard monitoring, dispatch, track & trace, and contact center services
• Accountable and responsible for ensuring SOC infrastructure and applications meet strict SLA expectations required for critical monitoring services.
• Accountable and responsible for developing and maintain service(s) roadmap
• Responsible for the service(s) budget (resource and cost mandate)
• Responsible for defining and ensuring business and user centric KPI\'s, OLA\'s and SLA\'s for service operations
• Ensure, contribute to and participate in service documentation and compliance according to relevant standard guidelines (ITIL, ITSM and security processes)
• Manage and coordinate assigned Service Team and work actively to improve team performance and collaboration
• Prioritize development and project initiatives within assigned area
• Validate and approve project\'s transition to production and oversee the regular testing of information systems and applications to avoid disruptions
• Take the ownership of major incidents to ensure coordination of resolving parties, effective communication to stakeholders and post incident review

Job Specific Tasks

• Managing the cross country teams within the SOC Digital Services
• Participation in relevant SOC digital and IT global forums
• Promote and deliver SOC SRP, cyber resiliency program across region
• Project steerco representation for SOC digital services Europe
• Support business and IT in relation to services development and maintenance in adherence to defined business and enterprise architecture
• Drive the SOC digital services agenda in Europe with focus on harmonisation in use and development of the services linked to long term roadmaps and strategy for global clients
• Budget responsibility and follow up for own business area

Key Competences

• Experience in team management and leadership skills
• Capability to make and drive decisions
• Experience from working in multi-sourced environment
• Experience in ITSM process management
• Alarm monitoring center technology experience
• MASterMind Monitoring experience (or similar) along with alarm receivers is a plus
• Ability to drive change

Key Personal Skills

• Minimum 10 years experiences of relevant alarm monitoring center business
• Minimum 5 years leadership linked to team management and delivery in a cross functional and geography set-up
• High level of competence linked to own service area including application set-up, technology and existing architecture
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, business and administration (or equal job experience)
• Strong verbal and written communication for collaboration between teams
• Fluent in English
• Ability to identify improvements
• Pragmatic problem-solving approach
• Building and leading high-performance teams
• Working cross functional including geographies
