Are you a high-performing, seasoned IT Disaster Recovery Leader? If so, this could be the career opportunity for you !!IT Disaster Recovery Lead - permResponsible for developing and implementing recovery strategies to ensure the continuity of critical IT systems and applications; used by all lines of Businesses across APAC geographies; in the event of a disaster or disruptive event. This position requires a thorough understanding of the organization\'s IT infrastructure and business processes, as well as the ability to develop and execute a comprehensive disaster recovery plan that minimizes downtime and ensures business continuity.

• Develop and implement IT disaster recovery plans that address disruptive events. This includes identifying critical systems and applications, assessing risks, defining recovery objectives and developing recovery strategies
• Manage a team of IT professionals who are responsible for executing the disaster recovery plan in the event of a disruptive event. This may include assigning roles and responsibilities, providing training and development, and monitoring team performance.
• Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure that disaster recovery plans are aligned with overall business objectives and regulatory requirements across the geographies that we operate in,
• Co-ordinate with the business and technical teams to plan and conduct disaster recovery exercises to test and validate disaster recovery plans and procedures to improve the overall effectiveness of the recovery plan
• Oversee the media management team supporting backup media and restoration processes
• Pursue streamlining and automation opportunities to enhance the overall efficiency and service delivery quality of the team
• Keep abreast with industry trends and best practices related to IT disaster recovery and incorporates these into the organization\'s disaster recovery plans and procedures

• Extensive experience and knowledge of DR and business resumption processes
• Conversant with Technology Risk Management Guidelines for Singapore and other geographies
• Relevant experience managing Data Center Operations in the financial services industry.
• Good understanding of various backup and recovery strategies within the Data Centre environment
• ITIL and other Business continuity certifications will be an added advantage
• Strong leadership and analytical skills. Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload
• Excellent communication skills and the able to interact with people at all levels
