Job Description

:

• Monitor and manage LAN/WAN network switches, routers, and physical infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to both onsite and remote end-users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity on workstations, peripherals (desktops, laptops, printers, phones), and WiFi.
• Maintain and support servers, databases, and overall IT infrastructure, including configuration and upgrades.
• Administer Windows Server 2022, Active Directory, VMware, and SAN storage systems.
• Manage in-house application systems, ensuring their smooth operation and availability.
• Undertake additional IT tasks and duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or a related field in Information Technology.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in IT support and operations.
• Proficiency in administering Active Directory domains, Group Policy, and SharePoint.
• Strong analytical abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Extensive experience managing IT solutions, including:

• At least 2 years\' hands-on experience with VMware, Veeam, Cisco Firewalls, and Switches.
• Familiarity with VMware and SAN storage solutions is advantageous.
• Certification in CCNA, VDP, and MCSE is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
