Job Description
We are looking for IT engineer to join IT software company!
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday
- Working Location: Bugis
- Hybrid work arrangements / Course sponsorships / Permanent Role
- Provide technical support to staff, responding to user inquiries and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems, including diagnosing and repairing computer hardware issues.
- Install and configure software and hardware, including operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
- Maintain the company\'s IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and other equipment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
- Participate in the maintenance and management of the company\'s backup and disaster recovery systems.
- Document and update IT procedures and policies.
- Diploma holder in any IT related disciplines.
- Knowledge and experience in Windows 7,10, Microsoft office 365 and troubleshooting
- Knowledge and experience in Apple Mac OS and troubleshooting
- Familiar with LAN / WAN networking infrastructure
- Experience in desktop / laptop troubleshooting and diagnosis.
- Professional Certifications such as CompTIA, M365, Apple etc. (Course sponsorships available)
