Assist in systems administrations/maintenance/security advisory
Perform system administration duties including server install, hardening, patch management, vulnerability review, Windows problem resolution, log analysis, etc.
Provide infrastructure services for storage, operating system, directory services, server virtualization
Maintain IT equipment register and perform yearly stock take to ensure completeness
Provide end-user technical support
Review findings from assessments, testing, recommend actions to mitigate security vulnerabilities
Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in a technical role with increasing responsibility
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science or related disciplines
Thorough understanding of Microsoft applications/infrastructure
Fluent in Active Directory Domain Services, DHCP, DNS, GPO, WSUS, VMware technology
Familiar with various operating systems and platforms (Windows 10-11 Pro, Windows Servers 2016-2022, Ubuntu, Linux)
