Responsibilities:

• Setup and install Point-of-Sales hardware and software
• Provide on-site / online support to customers to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Responsible for hardware repairs and replacement
• Provide pre-sales support to the sales team for product demo
• Conduct product training
• Manage existing maintenance contracts and identify new contracts to be signed

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least NITEC / Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in related field is preferred
• Good knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Knowledge of Point-of-Sales systems would be an advantage
• Must be a team worker with initiative and good work attitude
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license
• Entry levels are welcome to apply!
