An international oil & gas manufacturing company with global presence is currently looking for this newly created role for their Singapore office.Responsibilities Administers day-to-day operations to satisfy continuity of service, recovery, security, and performance needs Installs software, configures, upgrades and tests IT Infrastructure systems Schedule installation work, to minimize disruption Comply with organization procedures to ensure integrity and security of the system Handle IT infrastructure related incidents Maintain Active Directory Installation, decommissioning of servers hard and software Participate in projects To answer technical questionsProblem management Investigate incidents to establish the root cause, and resolve or escalate Make sound decisions in emotionally charged environments on appropriate action required to minimize business impact Check the knowledge system to find out if a similar problem has occurred in the past Identify failing components, selecting alternatives such as repair, replace or configure Update knowledge base to facilitate future resolution of common errors Optimize system or component performanceCommunication and knowledge sharing Actively listen to others to understand their point of view Confidently present messages in a clear and precise manner Structure written and oral communication to ensure clarity Interface between application users and vendor/ supplier Maintains contact and interfaces with stakeholders (e.g. suppliers, specialists, key-users and end-users)Quality Orientation (Attention to Detail) Accurately and carefully follow established procedures Check work to ensure it is complete and free from errors Act promptly to correct quality defectsSecurity Identify and address security concerns, weaknesses and risks Advice about security improvements Ensure security standardsRequirements Degree in IT Experiences in ITIL Foundation, ITIL Create, Deliver & Support, PRINCE2 Agile Foundation, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Azure Administrator, Azure FundamentalsMicrosoft 365 Fundamentals, IT Governance 4 - 6 years relevant experiences Willing to work in Tuas vicinityIncentives Work from home 3-4 times a week.
