Job Description


IT Support Engineer Description:

  • Provide helpdesk support for service now system, software and mobile device setup, basic printer setup and support
  • Basic operation of administration for rack mount network and server equipment
  • Troubleshooting and problem solving for both IT hardware and applications. Escalate issue and involve second-tier support if needed
  • Video conference and phone equipment health check and basic setup
  • Coordinate with IT related project and vendor coordination if needed
Requirement:
  • 0-1 year user support experience in environment with Windows servers, desktops and email support
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
