It Engineer
Job Description
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
- Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions and work with internal IT personnel to provide system or application enhancements and development
- Manage the overseas infrastructure and applications and maintain its security, backup, and redundancy strategies
- Conduct IT information security training to users in the ASEAN region and India
- Conduct IT information security audit in the ASEAN region and India
- Install, configure, test, migration, training and maintain application software and system management tools
- Work with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution or projects when required
- Any other ad-hoc duties/projects as assigned
- Requirements
- Knowledge of basic IT skills and good problem solving skills to handle simple troubleshooting
- Willing to travel as overseas travel in ASEAN region and India may be required
- Excellent communication skills with an aptitude for problem solvingLim Shen Chee (Reg No. R1660557)
